Compatible with a wide range of switchers

FlexTally is compatible with a wide range of switchers, including Cerevo’s LiveWedge, Blackmagic Design, Roland, Tricaster, NewTek, Wirecast and more(*1). In addition to switchers with GPIO tally terminals, FlexTally also supports switchers that output tally signals from Ethernet ports and USB ports. The setup software, FlexTally Utility, is available in both Windows and MacOS.

Special software is not required to change settings

The station unit and lamp settings can be set or changed by pressing the Function Button on the station unit or the lamp unit. Because FlexTally does not require any special software, you have the freedom of changing the lamp unit settings on-site in case you want to use more or less lamps.

Supports both wireless and wired connections

The wireless connection between FlexTally Station and the Lamp units operates using the 433 MHz band. The wired connection uses RS-485 serial communication and can be used at up to several hundred meters distance. It also supports daisy-chain connection via the Wire Connection Terminal. FlexTally keeps cabling simple and flexible.

※1: To connect with your video switchers, you need to perform initial set up using dedicated software provided by Cerevo, FlexTally Utility, or a specifically configured cable for GPIO connection. The cable should be created based on the tally signal output specifications of the video switcher you are using and FlexTally’s tally signal input specifications. Specifications of the tally output may be different for each brand and switcher model. FlexTally Utility is available for Windows OS and Mac OS.
