Cerevo Begins Pre-Orders for the “FlexTally Uni” Tally Light (for Digital Accessory Shoe Use)
Cerevo Inc., an internet-connected consumer electronics manufacturer headquartered in Tokyo, has begun accepting pre-orders for the “FlexTally Uni”, a tally light compatible with the Digital Accessory Shoe featuring advanced communication capabilities.
The FlexTally Uni is designed for use with the Nikon ZR camera from Nikon Corporation (Nikon). Pre-orders will be available from Friday, October 24, 2025, with deliveries scheduled to begin in early November 2025. The retail price on the Cerevo Official Store is USD 249.00*.

●Simply Connect to Your Camera and Use It
FlexTally Uni is a tally light that connects directly to the Digital Accessory Shoe on Nikon ZR cameras. The light displays red or green depending on the camera’s recording status, providing clear visibility to both performers and camera operators.
While tally lights are essential for multi-camera production, conventional models typically require separate power supplies and control cables. FlexTally Uni simplifies this process. Just attach it to the camera’s hot shoe, and it operates without additional wiring or setup. Power is supplied directly from the camera, eliminating the need for external batteries.
When connected to a compatible switcher, the camera transmits tally control signals via HDMI-CEC, allowing FlexTally Uni to automatically synchronize its tally light with switching operations. This enables a lightweight, cable-free workflow suitable for shoots where mobility is essential.
FlexTally Uni is a next-generation camera accessory created through the combination of Cerevo’s technical expertise in live streaming equipment and Nikon’s innovative Digital Accessory Shoe technology.
